um engenheiro eletronico que terminou o projeto do mcp nas duas verões&amp;nbsp; sendo "Rockwell Collins enhanced MCP" modelo usado pqela Boeing nos ngs fabricados depois de 2003 e na versão antiga sendo&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt; Finalizalizei toda parte mecânica do speed brake e mudei o sistema do  esticador da corrente do trim, posso dizer com propriedades que é muito dificil equalizar as peças devido a falta de espaço entre os componentes, perdi as contas de quantas vezes eu montei e desmontei o sistema sem falar nas alteração que são feitas durante os teste, coloquei um eixo num rolamento onde deu  maior robustes ao sistema, onde existe imperfeições como buracos, cortes  errados serão todos corrigidos com massa plastica no final da pré  montagem, proximo passo desenvolvimento das alavancas de potência.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; font-size: 12px;"&gt;Hoje eu&amp;nbsp;conclui&amp;nbsp;o sistema de comando central do trim, posso dizer que fiquei três semanas tentando montar os guias da&amp;nbsp;corrente, é pouco espaço e os&amp;nbsp;cálculos&amp;nbsp;são milimetricos, estou deixando todo sistema pronto para depois pintar toda estrutura,&amp;nbsp;próximo&amp;nbsp;passo é instalar o eixo que vai levar comando para o outro sistema do trim ou seja o lado do primeiro oficial, preciso levar algumas peças para a tornearia para prossegui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: arial, verdana, tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Estou quebrando a cabeça para montar o sistema do trim, eu peguei um cambio de bicicleta e um cubo de roda de aluminio e montei todo esquema, ficou muito bom, o interessante é que o eixo do trim esta rolamentado pelo eixo de roda de bicicleta com seu cubo, aqui vai algumas fotos ainda com sistema não finalizado, assim que eu concluir posto todo procedimento de montagem.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: arial, verdana, tahoma, sans-serif; &amp;nbsp;Resolvi mudar a aparência no acabamento das manetes porque estavam diferentes do real, na verdade o parafuso maior via ficar exposto somente na parte de cima conforme a foto abaixo, para corrigir as imperfeições deixadas pelos furos eu estou usando massa corrida, ando meio sem tempo para iniciar a montagem do projeto e estou pesquisando quanto ao uso dos motores de passo, acredito que em duas semanas inicio a montagem, esta semana mandei o&amp;nbsp;protótipo&amp;nbsp;das alavancas do flap e speed brake para um frezador.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;No detalhe das manetes eu coloquei a finalização dos rolamentos e dos eixos das manetes, estes cubos onde se encontra os rolamentos nada mais é que cubos de bicicletas rolamentados e semi selados.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both;  Estou pesquisando a mais de dois anos a montagem de um simulador de um Boeing 737-700 NG, estas aeronaves são muito utilizadas no Brasil pela Gol e Varig, já voei em simuladores como o da delta 5 em São Paulo, sou piloto virtual da Gol Linhas Aereas Virtual (www.voegolvirtual.com.br), atualmente tenho mais de 2.000 horas de voo no Boeing 737-700 ng da PMDG.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Meu projeto esta iniciando pelo Throttle Quadrante, após conclusão do throttle eu inicio a construção dos pedestais (rádios) e fmc.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Eu estou contando com um grande parceiro e amigo que é o jean do Rio Grande do Sul que esta me fornecendo a maior parte dos materiais do meu projeto, quero evitar de importar peças e prestigiar as poucas empresas do Brasil que fornecem peças para montagem de home cockpit.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;
